How long does it take to set up my order
Some services will result in immediate sign-up, but for others you will generally receive your account setup confirmation within an hour of signup. This will give you access to seeing your services and working with our support team.
Will I be billed for any services?
If you have selected services as part of your signup process, these will automatically be added to your account and will be billable. If you have not already chosen your services, then you will simply be issued with an account and can log in and view them.
When will I be billed for my service
After your account is activated, you will be able to log-in and configure your service and depending on the service selected, your first invoice will be generated within 24 hours or on the monthly anniversary date of your signup.
What if I have questions or need more information before my signup completes?
